My first Risshun Asashibori 😊.
I thought it would be light and fresh, but I got the impression that it had a strong rice flavor and a strong alty taste, which made it very drinkable.

At Sanrikuzen, a sushi restaurant inside Sendai Station. I don't know more than that it is the first brewery. You can taste the flavor at room temperature. The entrée was cooked tuna. After that, we had raw oysters, sea squirts, sashimi, and grilled fish cakes.
Orthodox. Fresh sake aroma.
When you drink it, you will feel the spiciness that goes from sweetness to tightness.

The sake is made from rice by young brewers, so you can drink it while thinking about how hard it is to make.
However, it is so light that you don't feel the hardship at all!
The alcohol content is only 14 degrees, so you can drink it very easily.
It is recommended to be served cold, because of its good acidity, but it can also be served warm, which is not recommended, although it loses a little of its character.
It also goes well with a wide range of other dishes.

More than Akigawa beef, more than abalone, the dish of pickled myoga and cucumber with salted kelp from kurakon seemed to be delicious!
