Drinking iron this morning
I've been kicking my feet up in Sendai for work, but this is only a few more times!
So, I hope I have no regrets about my work and drinking...
I've been drinking low-alcohol sake since this morning.
The sweetness and carbonation of the sake is delicious 😋.
No bitterness, no harsh taste, and if it were non-alcoholic, even children would be able to guzzle it!
Of course, we also had local sea squirt with our entrée!
I wonder how many check-ins we can get today!
Fried horse mackerel was the decided side dish of the day. At the sake counter, I saw that fried foods are served with sake or highball, so I bought one. I saw a highball and bought it.
Unfortunately, unlike spirits, I felt that brewed sake and sparkling water did not go well together. I don't know if it was a bad idea to use seekers instead of lemon.
It was better to simply drink it as is.
I have always loved and eaten aki-togi fish, but in the past few years I have been turned off by the lack of fat and small size, as well as the high price, but..,
However, I saw on TV that the catch this year was good and fatty, and when I saw fat akitogi lined up in the supermarket, I had no choice but to buy them.
At 400 yen per fish, I miss the days when I used to be able to buy them for 100 yen, but I can't turn my back on them.
Now, the akitogi. Delicious! No complaints.
Let's eat a lot of swordfish this year.
Personally, I like Ichinokura to go with fish.
Ichinozo is good. The spiciness is so sharp and manly that it can cut the fat of the Akitohi fish in two.
You will be very satisfied with the delicious fish.
