At room temperature. Aroma of maturity. My wife says it makes you want rice and pickles😅No twists and turns, but good maturity in a good way. With the head of oyakodon. On the rocks 🧊 Moderate aroma. Sweetness and acidity stand out. Matches with roast beef with bean sprouts 👍Wine-like flavor.

Heated on another day ♨️ 55 degrees. Not good because of the spiciness and bitterness 😥 70 degrees. Mellow and sweet. Sweetness. But there is bitterness. Goes well with bonito sushi👍

The taste and aroma are gorgeous 🌸The cherry blossoms are about to bloom, so this is the perfect end to the day!
I was curious about Yonezuru and Sake no Wake, so I tried it for the first time and found it very interesting!
I want to drink them all.
