The disadvantage of drinking outside is that you don't know what kind of sake is on tap until you go in.
Recommended as dry. The mouthfeel is very dry, but the slight bitterness of the rice and the acidity are well expressed. It is wine-like at the moment of drinking, but the sake comes later.

The combination of well-cooked daikon radish and the natural sweetness of Kame-no-o rice gave it a satisfying flavor.
The oily taste of the beef tendon was refreshed by the sharpness of the sake that came afterwards, and I ended up eating too much.

My favorite Yonetsuru, this is the first time I have had this light nigori type.
There is no blowout and little fizz. The sweetness is also restrained, and the taste of rice can be fully appreciated. It also has a fluffy, spicy grain flavor, making it a great tasting sake.
