At room temperature. Aroma of maturity. My wife says it makes you want rice and pickles😅No twists and turns, but good maturity in a good way. With the head of oyakodon. On the rocks 🧊 Moderate aroma. Sweetness and acidity stand out. Matches with roast beef with bean sprouts 👍Wine-like flavor.

The taste and aroma are gorgeous 🌸The cherry blossoms are about to bloom, so this is the perfect end to the day!
I was curious about Yonezuru and Sake no Wake, so I tried it for the first time and found it very interesting!
I want to drink them all.

It is quite a tricky sake! First of all, the color, it is said that the yeast gives it a red color. Sake like a liqueur.
It's like the cherry rinkue (💡) I drank before, made with cherries.

It is the 34th brewed in the year, and it seems to be the number for the tome-brewing on New Year's Day every year!

It was another day of thank yous for the delicious sake and food with my friends after a successful day of work and a thank you for asking me to come back next year 😄.
So, today is a national holiday, but I'm traveling for work!
I have to do my best and get some good local sake!
