6/10
A sake made with Dewa-no-sato and No.6 yeast.
The taste is a bit subdued and the aroma is restrained.
It is a mature sake with a mild and slightly acidic taste.
The label says it can be warmed, but my impression is that lukewarm heating is just right for this sake.
Namaemoto Junmai Ginjo with No.6 Yeast
It can be warmed up, but it is also recommended to cool it down a little.
I drank it chilled. It was refreshing, but the richness of the sake's "nama yeast" character was well balanced with the sake's richness.
It was difficult to take a picture of the label!
After a long absence, we went to our usual restaurant, Denbei. Today's sake lineup started with Yonetsuru Junmai.
It is light on the palate and goes down well. It is delicious and has no unpleasant taste.
#Tokyo Station#
I'm going to Sendai on a business trip.
I had about 30 minutes before boarding the train, so I went to Yabaton in the station.
I bought kushikatsu at Yabaton and this at Hasegawa Sake Shop.
It was crowded at 18:00. We got in line 😅.
Sweet Hatcho miso and dry sake.
It was so refreshing that I finished it in no time.
I'm glad I bought a highball just in case 👍.
Clean and refreshing taste.
Good balance of refreshing acidity, umami, and sweetness.
Slightly chemical flavor is characteristic.
Light and dry.
It goes well with a side dish.

Yonesuru super-harsh junmai 2200 yen
Today's snacks: grilled beef with dressing, liver sashimi, and Omasari‼️
We came home from Hokkaido and had a sake launch at our house: ‼️
The aroma is good💜The first attack is sweet from the rice, but the dryness stands out in this delicious sake‼️
Delicious and cosy 😋 and delicious with food 😋 too!
We drank Yonetsuru's nigori sake last year at this time of the year, and we cannot miss it again this year.
The bottle was opened without any blowout, and it has a firm fizzy feeling with little nigori. The taste is sharp and dry, with a strong acidity. It is refreshing and crisp. We enjoyed it with homemade stew.
