Oya Takashi Brewery
Slightly yogurt aroma. Dry, slightly effervescent, dry impression. After the first sip, a juicy sensation with acidity. Good sharpness and a little bitterness remains. Delicious, or rather, scores well.
Returned home from Kanagawa. The first shot, I chose a cold one.
We bought it at a sake brewery. Two big trees.
The sake brewer recommended this one because it is said that it is a Yamahai (mountain haku) sake while Zanso Horai (I couldn't read it) is a Shoryu Horai (readable) sake.
Since I accidentally bought a bottle of raw sake, I tried my best to keep it cool for about two days in a car in the middle of summer.
Photo 4 shows the head mound of the battle of Mimase near the brewery. The head mound of the battle of Mimase is located near the brewery.
Shoryu Horai Kimoto Jungin Omachi 60 R1BY
Mellow, dry taste, Sake meter value +13
Omachi from Okayama Prefecture is used.
It is delicious!
I drank it at room temperature, and the aroma of the rice swelled up.
Aroma of maturity, not old fragrance.
When you put it in your mouth, it is a mass of goodness that mingles together.
The aroma and taste are deep, but it has a very good pull.
From chilled to room temperature to warmed.
This sake changes its taste depending on the temperature range.
Sake that can be enjoyed like Shinkame
