This is...impressive! It is too delicious with both rich umami and clean taste 😭It has a unique acidity and high alcohol content, so it is for those who are used to sake. It is a dry mellow type with a rich aftertaste! The first day of opening (yesterday) it seemed to be more light 🤔.
The second glass was Midorikawa, which I drank for the first time.
It's a light and dry sake with a delicious rice flavor, just like a Niigata sake 🍶 lol!
I have a feeling it would be delicious warmed up 🤔.
Light and dry. Thin and umami, a little firm at 15.5 degrees. It is a very good food sake with no habits. It is easy to drink with food. It's been a while since I've tasted it, but it's still delicious.
A gift from a friend
It is dry and refreshing, with a deep aftertaste of rice sweetness and lingering aftertaste. I even brought it into the bath and enjoyed it 😁.
Delicious 🍶✨

20241112-1114This is the seventh type of sake purchased on a trip to Kaigake Onsen and Muikamachi Onsen in Niigata 🤗.
The ginjo aroma is not so strong and the sake has an immediate sourness on the palate, followed by a soft dry taste 😋.
I noticed that the number of sake reviews I posted for my first encounter with sake was the 2,222nd kind, which is a record 🤗.
Echigo-Yuzawa Takahashiya: 20241112 purchased 1213 opened
With the winter-like weather, I returned to sake.
Midorikawa Shuzo, a favorite of mine since I was a student, bought this sake because of its "snow cave storage sake".
I enjoyed it chilled and found it to be soft and smooth on the palate, but not light.
The four-pack was emptied in no time,
We enjoyed it very much.
