The regular sake was clearly alcoholic and I wouldn't like it... The label said it was suitable for warmed sake, but it was served cold, so I didn't understand its true value.
It is mildly umami with a hint of maturity.
The spiciness is just enough to tighten the taste, but not so much as to make it spicy.
It is tasty, but I don't think we need a sense of maturity in a mildly umami taste.
