The last time I had this was a regular sake, so I went with a honjozo, which has an exquisite rice flavor. The bitterness is just right, delicious, and it runs out quickly.
At first I thought it might not be to my taste, but after a few days it became easier to drink. It's a pity that Niigata Johokan doesn't have much 300ml sake in their liquor section.
