A strange sake.
Another version of the famous Tasake sake brewery.
It has the same great umami and sweetness as Tasake, but there is something different about it. It has a strong sense of refreshingness and is more delicate than Tasake.
I wonder if they are thinking about the marriage with a snack rather than the perfection as a stand-alone sake.
It is just delicious.
Pear or apple-like aroma.
Very little bitterness or acidity, gentle sweetness and rich flavor in a watery clarity.
I was surprised at how delicious it was.
I didn't expect such an impression yet..,
New Year's house drinking starts here 🎍.
Green apple, pear, grape...elegant ginjo aroma 🍏.
Smooth flow, sharp taste, and a gentle aftertaste...
But it's not a clear, gorgeous (lacking in character) daiginjo, it has a solid umami and sweetness in the middle, which is the very flavor of tasake 🌾.
Very clean, refined, and rich ✨.
It is a sake that is both modern and classic 😋.
Good evening, Jurian!
I actually bought the same bottle, but I didn't open it yet because I felt like it was a waste. After reading your post, I made up my mind to open it.
A luxury sake you can't afford on your own.
The gorgeousness stands out from the aroma, and the fragrance that spreads on the palate is outstandingly delicious!
The aftertaste is also refreshing and you can feel the characteristics of Alten ☆☆☆☆☆☆.
