It has a fresh aroma that is typical of unfiltered raw sake😊It is fresh and fruity on the palate with a full rice flavor🌾😚👍It was a delicious sake that is well balanced and can be enjoyed on its own🥳✨. The fourth picture is the ramen from Zundoya that came to Ishikawa about 6 months ago 😀I chose the Ajitama Ramen 🍜It was a delicious ramen that was like a basic pork bone ramen😇.

This is a dry sake that I rarely drink because I only follow pre-sake. The aroma is mildly melon🍈 and the richness spreads in the mouth, but being dry +10, the sweetness is subtle and crisp. I see...it's good.

Shuho Junmai Daiginjo Snow Goddess The aroma is quite cappuccinatory! Strong pineapple flavor, as is typical of Shuho! It's just 🍍 quite beautiful! The mouthfeel is strong sweetness, but it instantly turns crisp and clean... very elegant! Under 3,000 yen for 35% polished rice... great price design 👍😍!
