Last week, we had another Saturday at Hyena's house for the first time in a long time 🍶.
We drank beer, so only 3 kinds of sake!
The first one is this summer sake ‼️
I thought it might not be too dry, but it was surprisingly good with food👍.
The second bottle is the same one I had the other day, so I won't review it.
Let's try the next one: ‼️

GW Tohoku Tour Purchases ⑯
This is the last sake in the bottle section of our Tohoku tour 🍶.
The sake rice is Tsuyahime, which makes delicious rice 😀.
The aroma is mild since it was chilled in the fridge 😊The drink is finished with a firm acidity, a gentle rice flavor and a slight sweetness 😚and a clean aftertaste 😋It was a delicious sake that would go well with food 🥳.
Only a cup of sake left for the Tohoku tour 🫡I'll have it for when I don't have enough to drink 😋✨.
The 4th picture is a tenzaru at a soba restaurant for lunch 🥳It was very delicious, but there were many people waiting in line at all the soba restaurants on weekends 😵I guess you can get in without waiting until weekdays and Saturdays 😇.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌃😀
I think Shuho is worth drinking 👀✨I think there are dry type and sweet-tasting type 😊In my opinion, there are dry type and sweet-tasting type😇Maekin is a sweet-tasting guesser of Shuho 🥰.
The sister of the fishmonger I always go to is celebrating her birthday tomorrow, so I bought some chirashi sushi with seafood for the eve event. Looking forward to it😊
Let's start with the standing aroma. It has a faint aroma of ears of rice.
In the mouth, the first sourness and bitterness come with a bang, followed by the smooth sweetness and umami of the rice.
I would like to try it with chirashi sushi with seafood. Personally, I think it went well with the bigeye tuna 😋I like this sake because it has a strong umami flavor 🤟

Slightly sweet, but with a fresh, raw sake flavor, good acidity, and a slight bitterness that finishes the finish so you don't get tired of drinking it.
I tried it heated, but it was better served cold.
It was wonderful!
This is the first time I have had it, and I was very impressed with the outstanding aroma and taste.
I will be recommending it from now on.
