Wow, this one is also very soft 😚, each drop has a concentrated flavor component 😝.
It's hard to describe, but it's almost like peach or apricot 🍑.

I recently drank the same one! It's delicious with a strong flavor 🐩❣️ it looks like Jungin, but when I googled it, it seems to be as polished as Jun-Dai 😳 I was surprised at how good it is for the cost 😊.
The first sip is simply sweet! However, as you continue drinking it, you will notice a slight bitterness unique to Omachi. It has a slight effervescence due to the fact that it is a draft sake. Delicious.
This was a summer nama-shu from Shuho, which seems to be one of the major brands in Yamagata Prefecture. It had the smoothness, lightness, and sweetness of a nama-shu, but I thought the base sake was rather dry and dry if it was fire-aged. I would like to try the regular sake next time.
The manager said this is a prototype sake.
A test brew using Hokkaido's "Kitashizuku" sake.
