Jizake Dining Yasu is a place where you can choose your favorite cup from a large variety of sake and enjoy delicious seasonal dishes.
Remembering the Dewazakura Sake Brewery's "Sakurabana Ginjo-shu" which I had drunk in the past and opened 300ml during the meal because of its refreshing taste, I chose the unfiltered, unpasteurized, raw sake type Dewazakura this time: ☺️
I saw on the internet, "Yamagata sake made with Yamagata rice, Yamagata yeast and Yamagata water!" I was so excited and thought, "This is Yamagata's paradise! I was so excited and took a sip✨.
The taste is so rich and the sake is so smooth on the nose! ✨
Tasted and sipped it down 🍶.
It goes great with sashimi 🙌!
I want to try other Dewazakura too!
