Purchased at a liquor store in Shinbashi. A fresh and slightly fruity, ginjo-like, but with a rice aroma. The taste is light and sweet. It has a short sharpness and a crisp sweetness. Slightly effervescent.

In early December, I inadvertently broke my ribs and after 3 weeks of sobriety, I managed to recover enough to be able to drink at the year-end party at the end of the year. I managed to recover to the point where I could drink at the year-end party at the end of the year. 😮‍💨 The last bottle of the year was this one that the wife tasted and bought. The aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of muscat 🍇. The sweetness spreads on the palate, followed by a gentle rush of umami, with a pleasant acidity that makes it crisp and clean. It goes down the throat nicely. Since it is an autumn sake, the acidity seems to cut through the fatty dishes well. We had a lot of things happen this year, but we are glad to end it with a delicious sake 😌. I'm thinking of starting the new year with a zodiac sign label 🐎.
