I went to a lecture for the local community.â I went to the class and was told that there was a sake comparison, so I casually went and tasted 5 different kinds of sake! I was asked to choose one that was easy to understand, but I could only match Kubota, which is stupid 😂. The first round was a bit of a pain, but the second round I was drunk and had a spicy taste in my mouth. I was really impressed with the people who can do sake tasting ✨ We had a get-together later with sake tasting and snacks! Among them was Shuho, which is 33% polished so it was not only aromatic but also tasty and well-flavored. ❣️ I missed it even though it was delicious 🤣. By the way, the participation fee was 1000 yen. It was a fun and inexpensive learning experience 🙏.

This was a surprise. It sounds cheesy to say so, but it is an all-around great sake. Taken by itself, it is a rather modern sake with a good balance of acidity and umami.
