Oh, this is light and fruity!
The sweet, sour and bitter flavors come one after the other.

The color is slightly yellowish. The taste was surprisingly too sweet!
How could a sake with the name "concept" be so sweet? It was a complete overthrow of the concept of "Concept".
When I looked it up, I was convinced that it was -30% Sake.
I like sweet sake, so I thought it was just like that, and it was totally fine.
It has a fruity taste and a bit of bitterness at the back of the tongue, so it's not just sweet.

I purchased this product during a trip to Yamagata.
Fruity aroma like apples. It is a little bit schwaty and thick... After the slightly sweet taste spreads, the dry taste comes quickly. I guess this is what you call a good aftertaste. It is also gorgeous.
It is delicious drunk as is, but also goes well with pickles. Some Shuho are too sweet for me, but this one has a flavor I really like. Delicious~!

The aroma is mild🤔The taste is clean and refreshing on the palate with a beautiful umami and light acidity that makes it easy to drink 😊It is a delicious sake that is light and dry without making you tired of drinking it 🥳It is a versatile sake that goes with everything 😋.
