Tonight, a bottle brewed with my favorite rice. When the bottle is opened, it has a gorgeous, light ginjo aroma. What a wonderful aroma! In the mouth, it is a jewel box of sweetness and rice flavor. No, it is not a cheap taste, but a noble and gorgeous one. The bitterness in the throat cancels out the sweetness, so the balance is perfect! When I eat the raw fish with salt, the aroma and sweetness of the sake is enhanced and delicious! The sea bream and soy sauce also complement the sake! Delicious! The sweet seasoned bulgogi beef turns into a refreshingly dry sake, which is also irresistible! Finishing off the meal is Uwajima tai meshi (sea bream & medjina w/ sweet & spicy sauce). The sweet and spicy sauce, the sashimi and the rice were all stirred in, but the sake was still wonderful. I like this brewery from the start, but the snow goddess made it even more delicious. It was a satisfying evening!

Thank you to all of you who have always given me a ♡.
This sake was bought by my wife, who does not drink a drop of sake, after she went to a liquor store.
I enjoyed it because the taste of the rice and the sweetness that does not linger is to my liking.
I think it is a sake that can be enjoyed even without an entree.
Shuho🤗. Do you know? 😳
Actually, heck...I've never even heard of this sake 😅😅. I'm curious so I drank it! 😊
The label looks like a slice of summer with sunflowers🌻 and blue sky. ☀️ I like the feeling of summer in the satoyama~. ❤️ I thought it would be refreshing from the label image 💦. It is a classical sake with a sake degree of +20 🍶.
If you buy some grilled squid 🦑 and grilled corn 🌽 at a summer festival stall and sip it, you might be very happy 👍👍👍.
