Lately all I've been doing is beer and ciders, and I thought I'd have a sake day, but I fell asleep...
I've always been curious about it, but Toyoake doesn't carry much of it.
This time, I'm going to use the label to get these fireworks.
Fruity and sweet like a ripe banana, but without much acidity.
The taste is rich and sweet like banana, very rich for a summer sake.
The sharpness is moderate and leaves a slight aftertaste, but it is not persistent.
It is an unusual summer sake with a sweet taste that is typical of Toyoake.
If I had to say, I would prefer melon to banana flavors.
