I came to Nemuro and Ichiro's main restaurant.
I tried a bottle of Kitanokatsu Junmai Sake. It is a bit dry. It tastes more alcoholic than the freshly pressed one and is suitable for professionals. However, it is better than Shiboritate when paired with a side dish. The flavor increases as you drink it. It goes well with the crab cakes served with the entrée. The creaminess doubles in your mouth. Mayonnaise may be a good match.
