It's called "Nihon Soul", which means "Japanese Soul" in Japanese.
The label is a huge cherry blossom 🌸!
It's a bit of a wild ride 🤣.
70% polished Hyogo rice, 13% alcohol by volume.
Sake degree is -56‼️.
It's a good thing they call themselves "Nandoro" 🥹.
It's lower alcohol than the previous one, and it's also raw sake, but it has the same matured aroma (well, it's still raw sake 😅).
The sweetness is like honey or caramel.
It's like an after-dinner drink!
I learned a lot!
