神戸の友達が送ってくれたお酒。前に飲んで美味しかった「神鷹」と同じ蔵元なんですね！最初は冷酒で飲んで、そのあと酒屋さんのメッセージ通り60℃の熱燗でいただきました。断然、熱燗のほうが美味しい！！！しょうゆのような(？)香ばしさが印象的。確かにイタリアンに合うかも…カルパッチョと一緒に飲んでみたいお酒でした🥰
