The name is auspicious, with a black pine tree and a thousand-year long life, but it's a light, dry, elegant bottle: 🙆♂️

I was interested in the Honjozo and Yamadanishiki Harasake, but chose the most expensive Junmai Daiginjo.
Polishing ratio 50%, sake degree -1, price 5500 yen
Clear, clean and fruity. Stronger taste than Sobana of Nihon Zakari.

This is also the first time I've seen Hakushika in this series.
I think they may have sold it in the past, but I don't think there was any tasting at the time I went 🤔.
I've only seen Shiroshika's raw sake that is ultra-filtered and can be distributed at room temperature, and it doesn't taste like raw sake 😅.
Unlike Shiroshika's previous nama-shu I've had, this is fresh. It's refreshing and easy to drink, but I think it's a little hard to grasp the characteristics.
I would say the impression is weak.... It seems to be a good sake for everyone or as a food sake.
The most popular frozen fresh sake is Gobashi, and I was told it was the last 2 bottles, so I bought it 😋I guess you can't go wrong with Gobashi 😁.

Made udon for my husband and paired it with this “fresh and light” sake! I told him, “we have izakaya at home” 😂 Made kakiage for the first time and it was amazing. Too many shrimp were made but they were good 😅

I thought it might have a big swing in aroma. I thought so, but it was extremely mild.
I felt like I was comparing it with muddy sake, and I regretted that I should have thought about it more.

The rice is 70% Hyogo rice, flat polished.
Elegant and refreshing aroma, gentle rice flavor,
The taste is clean and refreshing.
