This is one of the 😊Jishu drinking comparison. It was well-balanced and refreshing and I enjoyed it with my meal.
🍶Purchase location: Enakyo Onsen Hotel Yuzuriha
Sake from Fukuoka, Nakatsugawa City (formerly Fukuoka Town). The main brand name of Ena Brewery.
Purchased at a supermarket in Nakatsugawa City.
The aroma has a strong fruity ginjo aroma.
The sweetness comes out strongly in the mouth.
There is no acidity, and the light and dry taste is emphasized.
It is very easy to drink.
whalebone wave
Aroma reminiscent of plum blossoms. Soft and slightly effervescent. Slightly sweet, with a sour and bittersweet aftertaste. Delicious.
Purchased at a sake brewery.
The Junmai Unfiltered Nama is said to be popular, and there is a wide selection of different rice varieties. We bought the recommended Hidahomare.
Deep in the mountains of Nakatsugawa. As our predecessors have posted on Sakenowa, it was a long way to the brewery. It is important to drive with respect for others. I feel I was able to accumulate virtues along the way.
There is a parking lot for about 4 cars under the hairpin curve before the brewery, and I felt their welcoming attitude. It seems that they also have a corner bar. They also have a selection of Moayashimono and Natsuko sake.
The whale on the receipt is cute.

Purchased at a roadside station when I went for a drive to Nakatsugawa.
I bought it because of its cute label.
The aroma was not noticeable, but when you put it in your mouth, it was dry as the name implies.
Blueberry-like sour aroma 🫐.
Sweetness is impressive 😉.
Then the sourness comes out all at once 😲.
Citrusy undertones feel refreshing ✨.
Refreshing aftertaste 🎵
This may be the first time I have had Hidahomare, rice.
It has a unique aroma that I really like.
It goes perfectly with boiled shellfish in salted water 😊.
I got the impression that it had a strong umami and a strong aftertaste. It was good on the day the bottle was opened, but it tasted better two days later, when it seemed more cohesive.
I went to Gifu to buy this one too.
I wanted to try the whale wave 😊.
It is dark and slightly sweet and easy to drink.
Maybe it is easier to drink than the Enayama I had the other day.
It was worth the trip to buy it.
It's not easy to buy it near here 😗.
100% Hidahomare
Alcohol content: 16%.
Polishing ratio: 50
The last one is a sake from Gifu.
Whale wave is read as it is, Kujiranami.
It is a gift from a person who always takes care of us once a year.
Since I have not had much luck with Gifu brands, I opened the package and wondered how it would be like, given that it was an ogara-mi sake.
When I poured it into a sip, I could see a little bit of ori, but not much.
The alcohol content is 17%, so it is surprisingly strong and slightly dry.
Since it has a strong hit, it seems to go better with yakitori sauce than sashimi or other dishes.
If it is served at Mifuku, a restaurant we often go to, it is likely to be drunk quite often.
I think it would be drunk a lot if it was served at Mifuku. I think it would be a good drink if served at Mifuku, where I often go 😁.
It was delicious.
P.S.
This month, we have some gatherings, such as a welcome party for a business partner's new employee, so I "stocked up" accordingly, but my wife cautioned me to refrain from doing so. I was warned by my wife to refrain from doing so. 😓
Well, I guess I certainly feel like I'm overdoing it 😥.
I'm going to have to slow down a bit while posting because of my body.
However, I have made arrangements accordingly, so that's what I'll be drinking! 😁
