Blueberry-like sour aroma 🫐.
Sweetness is impressive 😉.
Then the sourness comes out all at once 😲.
Citrusy undertones feel refreshing ✨.
Refreshing aftertaste 🎵
This may be the first time I have had Hidahomare, rice.
It has a unique aroma that I really like.
It goes perfectly with boiled shellfish in salted water 😊.
I got the impression that it had a strong umami and a strong aftertaste. It was good on the day the bottle was opened, but it tasted better two days later, when it seemed more cohesive.
I went to Gifu to buy this one too.
I wanted to try the whale wave 😊.
It is dark and slightly sweet and easy to drink.
Maybe it is easier to drink than the Enayama I had the other day.
It was worth the trip to buy it.
It's not easy to buy it near here 😗.
100% Hidahomare
Alcohol content: 16%.
Polishing ratio: 50
The last one is a sake from Gifu.
Whale wave is read as it is, Kujiranami.
It is a gift from a person who always takes care of us once a year.
Since I have not had much luck with Gifu brands, I opened the package and wondered how it would be like, given that it was an ogara-mi sake.
When I poured it into a sip, I could see a little bit of ori, but not much.
The alcohol content is 17%, so it is surprisingly strong and slightly dry.
Since it has a strong hit, it seems to go better with yakitori sauce than sashimi or other dishes.
If it is served at Mifuku, a restaurant we often go to, it is likely to be drunk quite often.
I think it would be drunk a lot if it was served at Mifuku. I think it would be a good drink if served at Mifuku, where I often go 😁.
It was delicious.
P.S.
This month, we have some gatherings, such as a welcome party for a business partner's new employee, so I "stocked up" accordingly, but my wife cautioned me to refrain from doing so. I was warned by my wife to refrain from doing so. 😓
Well, I guess I certainly feel like I'm overdoing it 😥.
I'm going to have to slow down a bit while posting because of my body.
However, I have made arrangements accordingly, so that's what I'll be drinking! 😁
🐳🌊
Whale wave is a hidden beautiful sake from Gifu!
It's so good, everyone should drink it🤣.
The aroma is slightly fruity✨.
Juicy flavor and gentle sweetness from the raw sake,
It is a refreshing and easy-to-drink food sake 😋.
If you look closely, you can see a whale on the label 🐳.
I wandered into my first ramen shop 🍜 while at work.
It was miso soup with noodles and vegetables!
Good morning, kino.😃I can tell because it says whale wave, but if nothing else 🐳🌊 the stamp sounds underwhelming 🤣.
Miso soup and noodles... you mean light and gentle miso ramen 😂.
Good evening, kino. 😊
Miso soup, noodles and vegetables, light taste. 😓.
Perfect for me now? I think it's a good ramen.
I think. (I'm so glad you like it 😁.
Good evening, Manachy 🐳🌊.
I'd love to try the squirt 😊.
It was like a traditional taste, but my boss who entered the restaurant with me also said it was miso soup, so I'm sure 😅.
Good evening, Hanapin-san 🐳🌊.
It was like a thick miso soup 🍜.
I heard that spicy ramen is really popular here, but since it was a weekday lunch, I couldn't try it and settled for miso 🤣.
.
This one is hot sake.
It was delicious with a hint of sweetness as it rolled around on my tongue.
This is the first time I've had it, but I think it will become my favorite brand of hot sake.
It's so good!
See bou-chan and Nemu's post.
Bits 😱
Ena brewing whale wave Fukuoka town I don't know 🤔🤔
I was in the dark under the lamp stand.
So I took a little break from work 😁.
It is a road that is not easy to pass unless you have a purpose 😅 According to the brewer, it is about 600m above sea level and many people turn back on the way 😅.
I asked the brewer why it was called "Whale Wave" ❓ and he said that in the old days, clouds ☁️ resembling the shape of a whale often appeared in this area, and since Gifu Prefecture is a prefecture without a sea, there might have been a desire to see it.
The taste is a little bit sweet, but it's a good taste.
It has a mild nutty 🥜 taste!
I would like to go back when they have more ginjo-nama-sake 😊.
Ena Brewing Ena 🎵 😁
Good evening, kan-san 🌛Wow ❗️ I see you went to the brewery 😳There are a lot of freshly squeezed and nigori-nama sake in the fridge 😊The choice of freshly squeezed honjozo sake is indeed a good kan-ji 😆.
