I like Akita and Yamagata sake, so I thought I was drinking it, but I hadn't had it recently, Haruka.
The taste is clean and clear.
But it's not too bland, it's really tasty!
It's great to drink clean and tasty!
It was delicious. It's hard to describe how it tastes these days.
Here is the introduction of the restaurant
--- "The aroma is fresh, with a gentle round taste and a good balance of sharp acidity.
The aroma is fresh, and there is a good balance between gentle rounded flavor and crisp acidity.
Sake as clear as water
The acidity enhances the umami of the rice.
Well-balanced and crisp
More modern than the specs suggest
The nights are getting a little cooler.
It will go well with early fall meals

Mild and modern aroma 💐I thought it would linger on the palate, but it quickly fades away with the umami🌾sweetness🍁of the rice and the soft watery taste, it would be great as a food sake too 🏞️ after all Haruka is a good one 🌰.
On September 11, when it was still hot, I found a bottle of Tambo Label, which I had not drunk this summer, and had it with me.
As expected, it has the delicious flavor of jungin, but is refreshingly light and dry, easy to drink, and perfect for the first drink!
I also like the simple, cute series of labels... ♪
This is the first time I have had Harukasumi.
It is said to be a sake brewed with a combination of Yamada Nishiki and Kumamoto yeast.
The aroma is discreetly juicy and fruity with a slight sweetness like apples or Japanese pears, and the sweet fermented flavor also smells like yogurt.
The taste is sour and sweet with a strong taste of rice. It has a fairly calm and robust flavor, and is overall mellow and well-balanced, making it the perfect sake for a mealtime drink. We enjoyed it chilled this time, but it would be delicious heated up as well.
Thank you for the sake!
Photo right.
Sake made from Yamagata rice, brewed in Akita.
This sake is also made with yeast No. 6.
It has a sourness that only No. 6 yeast can give, yet it is mild and addictive to drink. I had another one 🤭.
