Sake from Akita
Harukasumi also released Rokugo Higashine, but both are made from Misato Nishiki, and the difference between them is the rice paddies.
The sake and acidity levels are almost the same, so I chose this one because of its pink label.
It was a delicious sake with a well-balanced, mellow flavor.
It would have been nice to compare them!
