I thought Tatsunogin was the name of rice, but apparently it's because the brewery is located in Tatsuno-cho😅Fruity and refreshing, it's hard to believe it's a honjozo. It's a shocking taste 😳.

This one is also quite gorgeous and sweet.

It was said to be watered down to 50% polished. It's usually delicious, but the order in which you drink it... 😅
The founder of Yodobashi was a brewer at Yodobashi and they sell all kinds of sake because of that connection 😳They also sell a lot of Nagano sake because they are from Nagano.
The brewer was really into the Tenzan t-shirt Nemuchi-san was wearing 😁So there is that kind of connection too 😆.

A corner liquor store that has been around since 1850.
The lineup of snacks is ALL 450 yen.
The aroma is very slightly like cemedine.

musha634This is a bottle that will blow away your fatigue at your new workplace. I bought it because it was labeled as a new sake, but it tastes refreshing and easy to drink. It also has a slightly fizzy taste that goes down your throat!
The label said "Nama Ippon" which means "sake brewed at only one production facility". It is said to be a single malt whiskey... I will drink it with care.

夜明け前辰の吟 特別本醸造
もふりーとI am in Kami Suwa, Nagano, Japan, on a solo trip.
Since the weather is not so good at night and lunch was quite late, I did not eat out and had a drink in my room at the hotel.
We drank two local Nagano sake, a pre-dawn sake and a Raimotsuru Seisen. I didn't realize that Yorimotsuru was a sake made by Yorimotsuru's company.
