I have a good memory of drinking this sake last year when I went to Iwakuni, Yamaguchi for the first time for work. At that time, I was disappointed that half of the bottle was blown when I opened it. This time I opened the bottle slowly and gently, and it was indeed safe.
The taste is carbonated and sweetened with a touch of rum, but it's also low in alcohol and refreshing. It is a delicious sake to drink in midsummer as well.

I got it for the first time, but it is 17 degrees.
I opened the bottle immediately... I wonder if it is a cemedine type. I feel a sweet and bitter taste. Then, I took a sip...the umami and bitterness came with a bang! But I don't feel the alcohol content is that high...(˘ω˘)Sparkling is still the No.1 for Ganki.
