On the way back home, I stopped at Fudono Michi no Eki and Daily Yamazaki for some sake. This is my favorite sake in Fukushima!
This sake is mellow, but has a good balance of sourness and bitterness.

It was always available at a nearby supermarket, so I never went through with it! Popular in northern Tochigi, it has a mild aroma and rice flavor that is typical of Amataka when you drink it, and I like Amataka's technique of making rice rice into sake!
