We opened the bottle for drinking at home on the first day of a three-day weekend. It was the second glass after drinking a little bit of the remaining Yukio. The first sip felt dry because Yukio was fruity. But from the second sip, it changed to a full-bodied sake with a strong rice flavor. Although it is dry, it has a clean aftertaste, so it served its purpose as a food sake at the gyoza party. I think it is probably a delicious sake even at room temperature.

The Niigata series is still available, but we will take a break and open a bottle of sake from another region. CEL24 from Kochi reminds me of Kameizumi, but it is made by Tosa Sake Brewery. I bought it at a nearby liquor store, Claude's, for about 1,700 yen, I think. It is cheap for a daiginjo, and is a good value for money. When I poured it into a sake cup, it had a very sweet aroma. It has a slight effervescence. It is a very sweet sake. As expected from CEL24. It does not disappoint. I like it, but those who prefer dry sake may not like it.

I found a brand I had never seen before and bought it on impulse. It is not easy to find Shizuoka sake in Osaka. I opened a bottle for our regular Saturday drinking session at home. It started with a refreshing taste, a little sourness in the middle, and a strong alcoholic taste at the end. It is not the latest style, but in a sense, it may have its own character. It was a new experience for me because I have been drinking a lot of strong and peculiar sakes recently.

Mmmm. It's delicious! I have had Hatsumomiji's sake before, but I don't know what it is, but it is softly sweet, which is a little different from the sweetness of other sake. I can't describe it well, but I don't feel any bitterness at all until the very end, which gives me a warm and fuzzy impression.

It was Friday, so I opened a bottle of Yi Bai that had been sitting in the fridge. Hmmm...it seems to be suitable as a food wine, with its refreshing and acidic taste. It is not unique, but easy to drink. A good sake.

I bought it at Claude's on my way home from work. It was a jacket purchase. It said it was a draft sake, so I thought it would probably be my favorite strain. When I opened the bottle, it had a sweet aroma. The first sip has a big impact with the ginjo aroma coming through the nose. It is like a tangy sensation on the tongue for a moment, followed by a sweetness that fills the mouth. The acidity is moderate, and the aftertaste is short for a sake. In summary, it is "delicious.

The cup is cute, and it has a slight amber color due to the 70% rice polishing ratio. I drank it well chilled. Bambi is dry. The closer it gets to room temperature, the deeper the taste becomes. It comes in a cute cup, but it is a traditional sake.

It is not sweet. The color of the bottle is blue, so I couldn't tell, but when I poured it into a bowl, it had a yellowish tint. My partner said it smelled like vanilla. Is he right? The taste was not particularly unique, and I felt it was a safe, mid-palate ginjo-shu. However, as "Satoko no Sake" changes with age, it may be something different next year.

I stopped by a liquor store on my way home from work and bought a small bottle. It is a honjozo sake made by Tenzan Shuzo, famous for its Shichida brand. It is still a bit strong in alcohol, but it is easy to drink without a long aftertaste. I appreciate this size for a trial drink.

I had never seen this brand before, so I couldn't resist buying it. This is a sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi. There are about 1,400 sake breweries in Japan, so it's no wonder that there are breweries and brands that I don't know (there are more than 1,000 here). Even if I were to drink one brand every day for the rest of my life, it would take me almost 30 years (^_^;) It's simply impossible. This was an aside. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma is distinctive. I wonder what it is, is it the aroma of rice? In total, the aroma is fluffy, the taste is tangy, and the sweetness is warm. I think it's delicious.

Slurp kaa - tongue tingling. Alcohol content 21 degrees! I bought it on the way home from overtime work. Kikusui Shuzo has been a customer of mine for the Kikusui Funaguchi Ichiban Shibori, which is available at convenience stores and supermarkets before I started using Sake No Wa. I remember that it was a pioneer of canned raw sake. Thanks to this technology, we now have more opportunities to offer unpasteurized sake to the world, and I think this is an immeasurable achievement in the sake world. I could go on and on, but according to the label, this sake is classified as a "liqueur". At any rate, I'll note in my memorandum that it was a sweet and dangerous drink.

Of course, I also love drinking at restaurants. Of course, I love to drink at restaurants, too. Now, this is a Tokyo sake I found at Claude's in Esaka. I'm secretly trying to conquer the whole country, and it's not often that I get to see sake from Tokyo breweries, so I bought this without any prior knowledge. The taste... Immediately after you put it in your mouth, you feel the sweetness for a moment, but it soon changes to a strong sourness. The acidity lingers for a long time and finishes with a bitterness like after drinking grapefruit juice. It is a sake with an unexpected punch.

I bought it at the liquor store Claude's on my way to work. Because this shop is open early in the morning and late at night, isn't there a lot of people who are using it? They also have a good selection of candy. Now, the taste of the important sake.... The first impression is more bitter than Akitsuho which I drank before. I felt that it was more bitter than the Akitsuho I drank before, but the sweetness came properly, and the bitterness remained slightly at the end. It seems that the bitterness will increase even more when the sizzle is gone. Personally, I prefer Akitsuho, but I think this is also a delicious sake.
