I found a brand I had never seen before and bought it on impulse. It is not easy to find Shizuoka sake in Osaka.
I opened a bottle for our regular Saturday drinking session at home.
It started with a refreshing taste, a little sourness in the middle, and a strong alcoholic taste at the end. It is not the latest style, but in a sense, it may have its own character. It was a new experience for me because I have been drinking a lot of strong and peculiar sakes recently.
