I felt that it was more bitter than the Akitsuho I drank before, but the sweetness came properly, and the bitterness remained slightly at the end. It seems that the bitterness will increase even more when the sizzle is gone. Personally, I prefer Akitsuho, but I think this is also a delicious sake.
