We opened the bottle for drinking at home on the first day of a three-day weekend. It was the second glass after drinking a little bit of the remaining Yukio. The first sip felt dry because Yukio was fruity. But from the second sip, it changed to a full-bodied sake with a strong rice flavor. Although it is dry, it has a clean aftertaste, so it served its purpose as a food sake at the gyoza party. I think it is probably a delicious sake even at room temperature.
