I guess that's what I call having a good time.
Overall: It was delicious!
Color: clear☆☆☆muddy
Aroma: Weak☆☆☆Strong (pineapple)
Taste: Hot☆☆☆Sweet
Throat: Fresh☆☆☆☆Sticky
Aftertaste: Short ★☆☆☆Long
The top nose is slightly pineapple, and the attack is also slightly pineapple, but it is a blissful cup filled with a faintly sweet aroma reminiscent of white grapes. The finish is a little short and this happy time is very fleeting, but I think it's because it's fleeting that it's so enjoyable. I love making love to you.

The top nose is slightly vanilla-like, but the aroma through the nose after taking a sip changes to a soft floral aroma, making it a very pleasant sake! I enjoyed a different flavor from the pineapple of the last Hana-yoso, and my expectations for this sake were raised even higher!
I heard it was very dry, so I was curious. I thought sake would be sweet even so, but it was definitely not sweet! If anything, it has a slightly tangy sensation. It would be fun to think of dishes it would go well with. I'm not a heavy drinker, so I don't think something salty would go well with it.
A refreshing summer sake. It has a unique aroma, or sweetness, or a distinctive flavor. I like it, but if you are looking for something more like sake, it might be different. The waiter said it had a gin-like flavor, which I agreed with. It's a little different, but close. Interesting.
