It is gassy, fruity, and very sweet. It also has a good amount of acidity. I think I like it better than regular CEL-24 or Gin no Yume. I always think that if I can't get a Hana-yoku, I should just get a CEL-24.

Aiya Festival 2024 Spring ⑧ I bought it thinking it was a draft sake, but it was fire-brewed 😅. I looked closer and saw that it was made in April last year and shipped in August 🙄. This store also stocked Sekizen with the date of 21 years old 😇. Sekizen JunDAI Oh no 🎵 sunflower Koubo no Aiyama🎵 I was too drunk and sleepy to taste it when I drank it after I got back from the kurabiraki 🤣. I drank it again the next day. Sweet and sour, elegant and gorgeous. The umami comes in the latter half. I like it because it is quite sweet. I googled it, but it seems to be sold only by Yumeikan, but I wonder if it is a PB. I'm not sure if it's a PB or not, but I'm not sure.

I was going to buy Zenkichi but for some reason I bought this 🤔. I was craving for Mai-Bijin 🤣. It has a lot of oli but it doesn't blow up at all😅. I don't think it has much gasiness. The acidity is 8.0, and the normal sanQ without nigori is said to have a sake level of -12. It's very sour, but it's refreshing and easy to drink because it doesn't have a pungent or sake-like taste. It's like eating a grapefruit😋. I hope Nemuchi-san and Matsuchiyo-san will try this sake 😁.

The name is Motooi no Matsu. It doesn't say it, but the rice is Miyamanishiki. The sake shop's website says the sake content is -11, but I didn't feel it was that sweet. It's clean and clean, with a slight honey-like sweetness. It has an excellent balance of umami and acidity. It's a bit light for a raw sake. It says "light" on the back label. The label on the back says it is light. Is it a strong sake that can withstand aging?

Smells and tastes a bit like Pinapo. Fresh and fruity. I was expecting it to be spicy, but it's refreshing and sweet. As Manachie said, it's definitely similar to Takachiyo.

I bought it at Youmeikan near Yokotsutsumi station. I'm not going to go into the brands they carry because you can see them on their website, but they seem to be strong in relatively minor brands from Nagano. They also have a strong emphasis on Miyoshigiku, which is a PB product. They have a well-designed website, and perhaps because of the high weight of mail order, the display is a bit jumbled, so if you can't find what you're looking for, it's faster to ask the clerk. This time, I bought a few bottles of Kirinzan while I was there, and this is one of them. It is a low-alcohol active nigori. According to the official website, it is a Junmai Ginjo raw sake. It's not difficult to open, but it is very active. It has fine bubbles and a slight sweetness. This is the type of sake that people who drink Mio would like.

Sekizen, it's my first time to drink at home. It's Aisan. It's Aizan... Sekizen Namagen Aiyaima🎵. Kijoju Jikomi's Aiyama🎵 The spell is over😊. It's a noble brewed sake as the ingredients say "sake". I think it's rare to find a noble sake in Aizan. The sweetness is really thick and reminiscent of bananas. It is very thick and juicy. The aroma is also thick. It also has a unique smoky aroma. I couldn't tell how much it was like Aisan to me.

酸度7.4、日本酒度-22というスペックだけ見ても変態なお酒。香りから仄かに酸っぱい香りがする。少しシュワッとしてて日本酒としては尋常じゃないレベルの酸っぱさ。グレープフルーツやポカリスエット的な。個人的には面白いし好きだけど好み分かれるだろうな。木槽搾りだからか木っぽい?独特の香りもする。
