I bought it at Youmeikan near Yokotsutsumi station. I'm not going to go into the brands they carry because you can see them on their website, but they seem to be strong in relatively minor brands from Nagano. They also have a strong emphasis on Miyoshigiku, which is a PB product. They have a well-designed website, and perhaps because of the high weight of mail order, the display is a bit jumbled, so if you can't find what you're looking for, it's faster to ask the clerk. This time, I bought a few bottles of Kirinzan while I was there, and this is one of them. It is a low-alcohol active nigori. According to the official website, it is a Junmai Ginjo raw sake. It's not difficult to open, but it is very active. It has fine bubbles and a slight sweetness. This is the type of sake that people who drink Mio would like.

Dear bouken, please excuse my comment. I once drank Nakanori-san's special junmai unfiltered unpasteurized sake, and I remember it being very delicious. If you have a chance, please try it.

Good evening 🌃 The bubbly was so good I had to try the others! I'll keep it as a reference.
