Sashi-Drinking with MAJ
Nagoya Story Continued
MAJ: Miso-nikomi is delicious, isn't it?
Me: I didn't like miso nikomi as a child, but I grew to like it as an adult.
MAJ: Where did you go to eat? Isn't Makoto-ya delicious?
Me: Makotoya😳I used to go there when I was a student.
I feel like I have a connection with you MAJ, and that makes me happy.
Talking about it makes me want to eat Nagoya meshi.
Third glass of sake, Yukimanma Daiginjo!
I almost never drink al-soke daiginjo at home, but well-made sake is still very good.
The aroma is gorgeous. The aroma is gorgeous, the flavor is clean but has a strong umami, and it finishes with the spiciness of the alcohol.
As I got closer and closer, my impression of the taste was becoming doubtful.

It was a fun and fast 3 hours 😁.
Since it was a weekday, we kept the pace of drinking down and took our time to enjoy it.
