It happened at a remote New Year's party the other day.
MAJ: I'm going to Kumamoto on the 8th.
Me: Really? If you have time, let's go have a drink.
We had a light conversation.
I was hoping that MAJ would remember me, and I received a LINE from the gentleman MAJ.
It's Sashi only at a Japanese-style bar called "Haiirichi," which has a signboard that says "Bad Soba" on it.
This restaurant doesn't have a sake menu😅.
Here is the first sake brought by the manager.
I don't have a good sense of smell, so I can't describe the aroma very well... but it's good from the smell 🥰.
The sweetness spreads softly and the umami gradually fills your mouth.
The final impression is that it disappears without a trace.
It goes well with soba miso and wasabi.
