Today's brewery is Yuto in Shimonokuni. The proprietress of a sake brewery said it was like the toji-san was making it all by himself. The proprietress of the sake brewery told me that the master seems to be making the sake all by himself. The owner of the liquor store told me that the brewer seems to be a one-man operation, and that the business started after drinking a sample. So I will drink it. We finally had a chance to drink Eiko Fuji's Aizan💦. I knew it! Eikou-fuji is delicious, the best marriage! Aizan❌Eikoufuji Sweet and tasty, a pop of carbon dioxide gas when opening the bottle.
