It's a rare sake that only three breweries in Japan (including two in Tokyo) distribute it. It is a beautiful and clear sake with good acidity and umami. It's easy to see why the staff at the shop fell in love with it and recommended it to us. (I couldn't register the brand name properly, so I deleted it and registered it again.

After that, it is cut off quickly, and there is an allure and a tongue twinge. It is not an unpleasant one. I guess this is what you call a light, dry beer.
