I started with Hououmida Dry Junmai Tsurugi to get myself in the right frame of mind. The dryness and aroma are very nice in the same bottle. I feel relieved when I drink it.

Kangiku Ocean99 Hoshikai Comet 50 Unfiltered Nama-shu Junmai Daiginjo. Kangiku's Ocean series has become a very popular sake. Until a few years ago, it was a sake that was only known to those in the know.

Tengumai Yamahai Junmai-shu Black. We changed the direction at once and had a strong and dark one. However, it is Tengu Mai, and it is chilled well. It goes in much more easily.
