A refreshing, slightly dry, summer sake that goes down easy despite its high alcohol content.
Summer Yago Blue was made of Yamadanishiki with 65% polished rice and 18% ALC, and Summer Yago 13 was made of Yamadanishiki with 65% polished rice and 13% ALC 🤗.
I haven't compared them... it depends on my memory, but I think it's more sharp and easier to drink than Summer Yago Blue's 18 degrees 🥰.
