Sake degree -40, Acidity 1.4, Amino acidity 0.8, Fuji Shuzo
We opened this sake in place of the family's sacred sake.
It was sweet and fruity, yet refreshing. It was well received by the ladies.
We enjoyed comparing it with Kikuhime's Yamahai, which we got together for the New Year's drinking.
