Melon-like aroma. I thought it was a dry taste, but it opened the door to fruity types. In a tin cup, the acidity is pronounced and tangy. After a few days, the freshness drops, but the rice flavor comes forward.
This is a sake that I have been wanting to drink for a long time, but have not been able to find it. It is very sweet and juicy. No wonder it is compared to pineapple. It is a very easy-drinking sake that does not smell of alcohol at all.
