shinjii_tabelog4.5 A square taste that goes with everything. It is juicy and has a mild flavor. The aroma and acidity are mild. And it was inexpensive, about 1,260 yen for a 4-ounce bottle. boukenThe rice is Yumesansui, the same as in the previous nama sake we drank.
Slightly fizzy and refreshingly fruity. A little sweet and a little pineapple.
It tastes fresh and spring-like. Delicious. boukenIt is the only brewery in Osaka that uses Aizan. It was finally registered as a brand name in Sake-no-wa.
The brewer in his 20s who was at Kuroryu was responsible for brewing? I hear that.
Well, so long 😺.

😸😸😸😸😸 😸
Juicy, strawberry-like sweet flavor and a trace amount of gas. I like that the sweetness is firm but not gory. Beautiful acidity at the end.
Nice ginjo aroma on the nose. あねさんAaah no ma ❤️
Good morning.
I'm Ane-san, falling asleep + oversleeping (lol).
I haven't had a drink at Aizan lately,... boukenGood morning Ane 😊
Falling asleep + oversleeping..., it seems you had quite a bit to drink yesterday 😅The original Aiyamama❤We'll be waiting for you 🤗.
boukenI've known about it for a while because it's available at Takashi no Tsukasa and Haretoke, but I was curious to buy it when it was introduced in dancyu.
The rice is Yumesansui. It's quite gassy. It has a rich sweet flavor with a tropical feel, and then a bitter, dry feeling. It's the type of sake that hits you in the perfect spot. boukenIf you keep drinking it, you'll feel fruity. 本陣殿様への献上酒 うま口純米原酒生酒無濾過おりがらみ
boukenI've never seen this kind of sake anywhere but Haretoke.
Well, Haretoke sells a lot of sake that doesn't come from the local area. Like Biwa Pacific and Tongjun. They used to sell Hamamusume for the local market in Akatake.
The rice used is reiho.
Lemon and herbal flavors. The flavor is voluminous. The sourness is also there. It's not a modern type, but it's much better than I expected.
It says "origarami" on the back, but I can't see any cloudiness or lees when I pour it. 遥瑛チチGood evening, bouken-san!
I only know the name of it, but I️ don't know how there are stores that carry such minor sake.
What? They even have Tongjun and Hamamusume❓
I'm not sure what to say about that👍. boukenGood evening 🌃
We also have Aso Horai and Ichinoide from Kyushu☺. 遥瑛チチAsohorai❓ Ichinoide❓
Too rare to know at all😅. boukenIt's still a minor thing 😅.
Outside of Kyushu, Kamogawa, Tokorun, Hatsuyubai, Chogun, Maizuru Tsumugi, Nihon Tamashii, etc....
All of them are minor 🙄. 遥瑛チチI don't know all the drinks💦. boukenKamikawa Daisetsu Sake Brewery makes this sake at their brewery in Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine.
Kamikawa Daisetsu is not available in the Kansai area, so I had to skip it, but now that Tokachi has a special distributor, I was able to buy it at the store. It's a little fizzy and sweet and sour. It's a little fizzy, sweet and sour, and as I read in a review, it has a Kaze no Mori feel to it. boukenThere's also a sense of instrumental masamune. shinjii_tabelog4.0 Yeah, for about 1600 yen, I'm very satisfied with the taste! 芦部 聡After champagne and white wine, this is the third bottle this evening. It's a very tasty sake, but 500ml per bottle is a bit much... I'd be happy if they'd increase the quantity! boukenLight gassy and fruity sweet deliciousness. A trace of bitterness at the end. Kame-no-o was delicious, but this is also delicious. boukenDense sweet deliciousness. Slightly vanilla-ish. boukenIt is smooth. It has a mild ginjo aroma, but the sweetness and the gorgeous aroma pop in the mouth. It is very delicious. boukenThere is a gassy feel to it. A little pineapple-y. boukenThe last Tenka I had was Akita Sake-Komachi, but the Kame no O is really good. boukenIt's my favorite flavor I've had recently, except for the 14yo. KuramotoKURAMOTO 81 山田錦 Acid&Light原酒生酒無濾過 boukenThe brewery is located in Nara city but in the old village of Toki. It smells like ramune and muscat. The brewing style is based on Bodhi-gan, so the sourness and sweetness are impressive. The alcohol is low, so it is easy to drink. It is easy to drink because of the low alcohol content. boukenFruity and sweet. Juicy. It has a pineapple and tropical taste. I like the simple label with the lot number. boukenThe sake is pressed on New Year's Day, and the liquor store picks it up and sells it on New Year's Day. Shinsei also does this, and the Risshun sake is similar. It has a fruity and light attack. It has a sweet taste like muscat or grapes. The overall impression is also quite light. At the end, it is quite dry. boukenIs it because it's a wooden tank? I feel like it's woody. boukenKyoto Prefecture has also achieved 100 check-ins! boukenI bought this after hearing a rumor that the label looked like a blade of demon destruction. It's definitely a yoke. Apparently the toji is a fan. It tastes really beautiful. It has a calm, gentle sweetness, astringency, and acidity, with a hint of calm. I felt like they were expressing the gentleness of Sumijiro, even the taste. 香穏kanonGood evening!
I see you've had a drink, Sumijiro Sake!
It's really a taste that makes you sad because it's too gentle, just like a charcoal ☺️. boukenKanon Kanon, good evening 😀
I just opened it up because it's on TV!
I don't know if they're going for it, but I didn't think they were bringing in the taste as well as the label 😄 boukenRice is used as a gin no sato. Juicy and condensed sweet and umami taste. It has a strong sense of gas. It also has a mineral taste. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
