bonchi
Slightly yellowish and slightly muffled transparency. Fruity aroma reminiscent of passion fruit and guava. Slightly spicy nose. The aroma is strong. Sweet, sour and juicy on the palate. The mouthfeel is a mix of juices with a hint of sourness. The aftertaste is relatively sharp with a medium aftertaste. It is a dangerous sake that you will keep drinking even if you don't have anything to drink.

I had a good impression of the sake at the Takashimaya Sake Festival, so I bought it thinking that Haretoke had a bottle of nama-zake. After meeting up with Mr. Yoohee at the liquor store where we bought Ko-Imari, we went to another liquor store together and bought it. It has a gassy, citrus and muscat flavor. The overall impression is sharp and it finishes sharply. The date is January this year, but there is no problem with the taste at all. I have the impression that Haretke is safe to buy even if the date is old. Well, Hakuryu is also in Niigata, but it's confusing, isn't it?

Good evening, bouken🌛. I didn't know there was a "Hakuryu" in Niigata until I started drinking sake 😅. And that one is made by the Hakuryu Brewery 🤔 easy to confuse 💦.

Hi Gyve 😃 I think Yoshida sake brewery is probably more famous but I knew Hakuryu from Niigata first 😅I guess I would be mistaken because they even have the same kanji (Chinese characters) unlike Eikun and Eikun 💦.

It is brewed by a young brewer who used to work at Kuroryu. From this season, the responsible brewing will be separated from the regular products and will be available only to special distributors. For a moment, you may wonder what's going on. But after a short delay, the concentrated, juicy sweetness and umami taste arrives. I think it is rather refreshing. It may be a unique flavor. It is a very drinkable type of wine.

I thought I couldn't buy Iwanoi anymore since the Laox in Dotonbori closed, but recently I've seen on SNS that many new stores have started handling it. Are they doing a good job? Haretoke in my neighborhood started to carry it, so I bought it for the first time in a while. They have a variety of products, but I chose So no Mai. It is fruity but complex, with dryness and minerality. It also has a light gassy feeling. I had a similar experience with Iwanoi, but I wonder if the minerality is due to the use of ultra-hard water. I think the taste is unique and has no comparison. The higher the temperature, the stronger the taste becomes.

Nice to meet you, bouken😊. I'm curious about your ultra-hard water drink! I like the playfulness of the 👀 barcode being in the shape of a virtuous 😆.

Aaru Sake, nice to meet you😊Thank you for all your ♥🙇I don't know if the super hard water is affecting the taste, but it's unique 😁This barcode is cute 😆.

As the name "tropical" suggests, it has a rich fruity sweetness and flavor. The slightly bitter taste at the end is a nice accent. The label is just cute. It tastes more tropical after a while than when it is just opened.

5.0 Juicy, full-bodied, with a moderate aroma, just the way I like it. There were about 6 different types of rice, but this Yamadanishiki was the most expensive, about 2500 yen for 4 cups. But the others were 1500 yen or so, so I will try them from now on!

The rice is Yumesansui, the same as in the previous nama sake we drank. Slightly fizzy and refreshingly fruity. A little sweet and a little pineapple. It tastes fresh and spring-like. Delicious.

It is the only brewery in Osaka that uses Aizan. It was finally registered as a brand name in Sake-no-wa. The brewer in his 20s who was at Kuroryu was responsible for brewing? I hear that. Well, so long 😺. 1000 rpm pure silver Aa-iyama🎵 Muroka. pure silver Aiyama🎵 😸😸😸😸😸 😸 Juicy, strawberry-like sweet flavor and a trace amount of gas. I like that the sweetness is firm but not gory. Beautiful acidity at the end. Nice ginjo aroma on the nose.

I've known about it for a while because it's available at Takashi no Tsukasa and Haretoke, but I was curious to buy it when it was introduced in dancyu. The rice is Yumesansui. It's quite gassy. It has a rich sweet flavor with a tropical feel, and then a bitter, dry feeling. It's the type of sake that hits you in the perfect spot.

I've never seen this kind of sake anywhere but Haretoke. Well, Haretoke sells a lot of sake that doesn't come from the local area. Like Biwa Pacific and Tongjun. They used to sell Hamamusume for the local market in Akatake. The rice used is reiho. Lemon and herbal flavors. The flavor is voluminous. The sourness is also there. It's not a modern type, but it's much better than I expected. It says "origarami" on the back, but I can't see any cloudiness or lees when I pour it.

Good evening, bouken-san! I only know the name of it, but I️ don't know how there are stores that carry such minor sake. What? They even have Tongjun and Hamamusume❓ I'm not sure what to say about that👍.

It's still a minor thing 😅. Outside of Kyushu, Kamogawa, Tokorun, Hatsuyubai, Chogun, Maizuru Tsumugi, Nihon Tamashii, etc.... All of them are minor 🙄.

Kamikawa Daisetsu Sake Brewery makes this sake at their brewery in Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. Kamikawa Daisetsu is not available in the Kansai area, so I had to skip it, but now that Tokachi has a special distributor, I was able to buy it at the store. It's a little fizzy and sweet and sour. It's a little fizzy, sweet and sour, and as I read in a review, it has a Kaze no Mori feel to it.
