I've known about it for a while because it's available at Takashi no Tsukasa and Haretoke, but I was curious to buy it when it was introduced in dancyu.
The rice is Yumesansui. It's quite gassy. It has a rich sweet flavor with a tropical feel, and then a bitter, dry feeling. It's the type of sake that hits you in the perfect spot.
