Kamikawa Daisetsu Sake Brewery makes this sake at their brewery in Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine.
Kamikawa Daisetsu is not available in the Kansai area, so I had to skip it, but now that Tokachi has a special distributor, I was able to buy it at the store. It's a little fizzy and sweet and sour. It's a little fizzy, sweet and sour, and as I read in a review, it has a Kaze no Mori feel to it.
