Past Drinking. There are limited-time-only Challenge Shops on platforms 5 and 6 of Hakata Station, which I use when commuting to work (or going home), and in the past there have been ramen stores, soba noodle shops, and other delicious-looking stores! But I missed them because I was in the middle of the Corona Disaster... 💦. So this time I will go 😤. I found out that the opening period ends at the end of March... Seasonal Challenge Shop "Odenger It's a small store with only 7 people at the counter and 3 people outside, but it's packed with old men who seem to have become regulars over the past 6 months! I was served with the long-awaited oden (daikon radish, deep-fried tofu, konnyaku). Kame-no-o A visual that looks like old-fashioned sake! Hyah, smells like alcohol: ❗️ It smells like a drunk uncle! But I couldn't just leave it in the cup, so I had to drink it 💦. It reminded me of the negative image I had of drunks when I was a kid 😁. Sorry if I said too much 🙏. Still, I could drink it because, as the name suggests, it is made from the precious sake rice Kame-no-o. to be continued

Good morning, Haruei Chichi 😊. I had the Junmai and I had the same impression 😅I was curious about it, so I looked it up and it seems there are a few types that don't use Kame-no-o💦.

Good morning, tsutsumate-san 😃. I see you also have Kotobukinmu. I hope you can make a sake with a modern taste that appeals to the right people, since you are using rare sake brewing rice...
