The Hanshin Department Store in Nishinomiya is a hole-in-the-wall where you can find a wide variety of sake related to the Meimon Sake Association, which you won't find at local sake shops. The store is somewhere between a department store and a supermarket, but it is not to be underestimated. I sometimes check it out in the winter when the sake is freshly pressed and in the summer when the sake is unpasteurized. Amagasaki Hanshin also has a large selection of Kaygetsu.
I heard this is the second test brew, but I wonder what the first one was? The name sounds like a Mazda convertible 🚗.
As written, it smells like bananas. Juicy sweet flavor and freshness like a fresh sake. I haven't had Koshi in a while, but it's consistently good.
