The second cup was actually my first Kamikigen.
It is an umakuchi cup with a hint of cemedine.
I feel like I finally got to drink a star brand of yesteryear.
Drinking out after work.
I often drink Mimuro cedar, but I had never had a dry one 😂.
It was fruity, sharp, and went down a treat. 🙆♂️
It was dry, but I could still feel the Mimuro cedar flavor. ☺️
★☆☆☆☆ / Cold sake
If it doesn't taste good, it doesn't mean anything" is the Otters' standard, they say!
It has a soft sweetness and a delicious flavor that quickly reaches the tongue. However, it is not that bold, but rather delicate, making you want to savor it slowly!
★☆☆☆☆ / Cold sake
The spiciness comes on the tongue, followed by a slightly subdued hint of aroma and sharpness.
I got the impression that the aroma becomes stronger all at once when it comes into contact with the air.
★★★☆☆ / Cold Sake
Even cold sake has a fruity heady aroma when the nose is brought close to the mouth.
It has sweetness, but the juicy acidity and sharpness make it not clingy. The ginjo aroma and hints of aroma quickly pass through to the nose, and the rich aftertaste makes this sake enjoyable.
