Risshun Asa Shibori✨This is my third year.
This is my third year. The third year I bought the Naruto sea bream Risshun Asa Shibori.
Unfortunately, my hometown of Kagawa doesn't seem to have it, so I guess this is all they sell in Shikoku😊.
When I went to pick up the sake I had reserved, the sake was stacked in a small area and they were busy preparing labels, novelties, etc.
I'm really bowled over by the work that goes into each sake brewery after they pick it up from Kagawa. 🙇♂️ You can feel the blessings!
The most important thing to remember is that you can't just go to the store and buy a new one, you have to go to the store and buy a new one.
They also had Risshun Asa Shibori, so I had a glass of Tsukasa Botan.
I drank it the year before last and my impression was that it was "powerful with a sense of blessing", but as I sipped it, it seemed to have mellowed. I was most impressed by the fact that it had mellowed as I drank more and more of it! That was my best impression 😆.
This year's Shibobotan has a sweetness that spreads from the first sip, yet it goes down smoothly. It is very easy to drink 😌.
