flos_lingua_estPersonally, I love Tokusenmai itself, but I prefer Jungin to Tenbi's standard Tokusenmai... but I like the dry dry version of Dry Ten just as much as Jungin. I was wondering if this new Amami was more like the standard Tokujun or the dry version, but I had no choice but to try it anyway, so I bought it.
The aroma is very mild on the nose, but when you taste it, it smells like grapes...or wine, as is typical of Tenbi.
The mouthfeel is slightly sour. It's not a bit squishy, but it's a different feeling from wine, which makes this sake something more than just a wine-like liquor.
The sweetness is quite moderate and dry, so of course it goes well with light Western or light Chinese food.
It can also be drunk on its own. The good taste, modern aroma, and lightness of alcohol make it easy to drink too much.
It is also important to note that although it becomes a bit pungent after a few days, it can be drunk for about 10 days.
I like Tenbi after all. I especially like the dry sake. It was a great product that made me want to drink it again! Masaaki SapporoAyu, thank you for everything😃Congratulations on your 200 check-ins🎊TakachiyyoI haven't had a drink in a while, but SEVEN looks delicious 😋. あゆThank you Masaki Sapporo 😃 I was thinking I was almost 200 💦 and then I realized I was 200 check-ins away 💦 I'm glad you told me about ❗️ ☺️ Thank you. ポンちゃんCongratulations on your 200th check-in, Ayu 🎉🎉!

200🎊 in Takachiyo was good.
I always look at Pon-chan's posts to find good sake 😃.
Please keep up the good work. みつた24I caught it at a liquor store where I looked in for another drink. After seeing a post by someone who had already had a drink, I was ready for a 15-minute fight, but...,
But he was too rambunctious and it took more than 30 minutes. My wife took over from halfway through. The long-awaited opening of the bottle. First, my wife tasted it. She said it was sparkling peach juice. I tried it too. Is it common to muddy sake? It has a bitter aroma. It is indeed sparkling peach juice. The acidity stands out among the fizz and sweetness. This is good. My wife was surprised at how rice, yeast, and water could produce this. I was also surprised. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
