flos_lingua_estHere it comes, Kuroryu! We've had two autumn harvests, so now it's time for the popular Doroguchi. I've seen it posted many times but this is my first time to drink it.
It is orikagara, and there is a very soft tailing. When you turn the bottle upside down, you can see the tailings dancing as if you were looking at a tank of jellyfish.
The standing aroma is melon and magic ink, a bit more pronounced than banana.
When you drink it, it is very tasty at this point with a strong umami as if it is a powerful sake. The acidity gives it a juicy, fruity character, which is why it has a classical yet modern taste. The wine finishes with a medium to slightly strong bitterness.
It is unmistakably a food wine, but I think there are many people who can drink it on its own. I would recommend it to be chilled for a meal because you want to taste the mellow flavor.
For sashimi, I recommend strong flavors such as tuna or blue fish, and for Japanese food, I think it would go well with pots, stews, and Chinese dishes with a slightly strong flavor. It seems to go well with the bitter taste of green peppers in chinja rosu! みつた24Returned to my parents' house. Father doesn't seem to like sweet drinks. Fruity. Today I bought four bottles. One of them. Pineapple. The aroma is not that strong. It is sweet. Tasty.

This will be my first Kudokyuu. I've heard many people say it's delicious, but I thought it must be the voices of people who like aromatic sake, because all I've heard are Junmai Daiginjos. As a lover of normal junmai sake, I was a little bit afraid to buy it just to see what it was like, even though the price was a bit high!
What was that? The top aroma is not harsh! Surprisingly, it even has a pleasant apple-like aroma... Is this really Junmai Daiginjo? The aroma remains elegant even when you taste it. It is a refinement that I had not imagined!
When you drink it, it is also very elegant and moderately sweet. If you like sweet sake, I think it is not enough for you.
However, I think there are many meals that can be served with this wine. It has a moderate umami, mild acidity, and is as smooth as the label says.
I have had a lot of Yamagata sake in the past, which is why I have been a little reluctant to drink it, but I think this is a clean, refreshing sweet sake that even "rather dry" lovers will like. I appreciate it very much. I was impressed! ポンちゃんGood evening, flos_lingua_est 🌙

This is the first time for Tenbi since I drank the spring Usu-Nigori. It seems to be the first winter nigori for Tenbi. I have a bad habit of only drinking nigori instead of the standard one... I think I'll buy the standard one next time.
It has a moderate koji aroma. I've been drinking a lot of sake with no aroma for a while now, so the aroma alone was quite enjoyable. And above all, this aroma adds depth to the taste.
It has a slightly gassy and fresh mouthfeel, and you can really enjoy the new sake flavor. It has a silky smooth texture, a good balance of umami, sweetness, and acidity, and no peculiarities, so you can drink as much as you want.
The alcohol content of 15 degrees is also a perfect setting, and overall it is somewhat light, but not scummy.
Even if you are not satisfied with a sake that has no peculiarities, you can drink it with peace of mind because the aroma and nigori add thickness and drinkability.
