There are a lot of Sentori out there, but I think Modern Sentori tastes better as a result. The mouthfeel and the refreshing aftertaste are definitely different.
A Junmai Daiginjo from Hakkaizan that I had surprisingly not had. The first sip had a strong alcoholic feeling, but from the second sip it became smooth. The classic is still delicious.
It is easy to drink, which is hard to believe that it has an alcohol content of 17%. When paired with grilled white eel, it drains off the fat wonderfully. I drink it while thinking about the Niyodo River.
Fresh sweetness is the best. I feel like I'm dipping in the pool in the morning before it gets too hot. I don't know if that's the right way to describe it, but it's just delicious.
Drinking out for the first time in a long time. The restaurant has a nice lineup of sake as well as food. The first sake was Jikin. It is very easy to drink and delicious. The taste has no harshness, and it comes in easily.
We had a mouthful. I think Ginpu is suitable for Hanayoi. It is moderately gorgeous, but not too sweet, and you can taste the flavor of the rice. It is a sake that you can drink calmly.
I haven't had much time to drink this recently. It has a fresh sweetness like a fruit, a gassy feeling, and is still delicious. The aftertaste is a little bitter. It's not overpowering sweetness, but it's good.
I wonder if autumn-agari arigari is rare. I don't think I've bought it very often. It's refreshing and the sweetness is much more moderate. I couldn't go out for a drink on sake day, but I'm happy to be able to drink it at the store.
