This glass is called Junmai by Riedel.
I heard that it took 8 years to develop this glass for Junmai Ginjo, and I can recommend it to anyone who loves sake😆.

Nice aroma ⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅ like some kind of fruit ⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅ grapey? And a hint of citrus?
On the palate, a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness!
It can be used before and during meals, with a wide range of seafood and meat.
hiroRight after I opened the bottle and poured it, I felt a slight semedyne smell, but nothing unpleasant at all.
It's got good flavor and richness, but it's not overly sweet and has a clean aftertaste!
A little tangy too.
