Sweet and balanced flavor, very clean with a little rice/bitterness that came only after few seconds.
This sakè has been made with a very particular rice that usually is not used for sakè, totally worthy to try!
I like very much this Namazake, it has a refreshing flavor and good presence of Nama without the bitterness.
It also have a very light sparkling that is very welcome when you are thirsty.
At low temperature it has not so more impact, light and clean, but ambient temperature this become more decise, dry and balanced.
My sakè teacher (the owner of this izaka says it's some kind of wishky, not the alcohol, but the deepness) 、and yes you can fell some kind of wishky without the alchool's punch

At low temperature I can feel the sparkling and quite light flavor , but at ambient temperature become still and gain a more deep "sakè" flavor.
Sorry I'm still learning how to explain the 日本酒flavors.

Very light & easy to drink.
At ambient temperature the flavor is more strong specially the sweetness increase. (this is the 3rd glass)
