れぐら
gift received at a meeting
Some of the people I drank it with said it was sweet.
but for me it tasted clean and crisp.
Even though it was fire-aged, it still had a slight effervescence on the palate.
After a few glasses, the bubbles disappeared in the second half.
It was even more refreshing!
The rice used for this sake is called Gen-no-Tomo.
The first letter of "G" stands for "Gen-no-Tomochi".
I'm curious about the other ones too!
